Posted on October 13, 2020 by Conejo Valley

We love the fall season in Conejo Valley! Cooler temperatures, warm treats and many special activities we’ve grown to love arrive this time of year. Conejo Valley also offers a great getaway without the crowds – making it an ideal social distancing destination in Southern California. No matter whether you’re looking for a family-friendly or adult-only trip, we’ve got plenty of ideas for you to choose from this fall:

Underwood Family Farms Fall Harvest Festival

October 1st – 31st | 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Pumpkins, harvest picking, animals, tractors and more, oh my! This 40+ acre giant pumpkin patch and farm has so much going on, it’s hard to know where to start. Not only do they have pumpkins of every size and shape, but you can also pick your own fresh produce during your visit in their fields. Kids will get a special kick out of the pumpkin house, giant spiders, hay pyramid and animal viewing areas. Tickets are available at the gate only on weekdays for $8 and online only on the weekends for $15.

Nights of the Jack Drive-Thru

October 1st – November 1st | 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

This annual Halloween event has changed from a walking occasion to a drive-through experience this year to accommodate a safer occurrence. Located right outside of Conejo Valley, King Gillette Ranch turns into an illuminated wonderland of hand-carved Jack O’ Lanterns in the evening lighting up the night sky as vehicles make their way through. You’ll see literally thousands of them as you immerse yourself in this spooky fun Instagrammable moment you won’t soon forget. Tickets start at $69 for a vehicle with up to seven passengers and reservations are required.

Halloween Drive-In Movie Night

Saturday, October 24th | 7 p.m.

It’s time to celebrate Halloween with a classic throw-back – Disney’s Hocus Pocus! This drive-in movie night event takes place at TOArts Roadshow in Thousand Oaks. The cost is $25 per car and tickets must be purchased in advance.

Outdoor Drive-In Concert

Sundays, October 11th, 18th & 25th | 6 p.m.

If you’re looking for a little music with your drive-in experience this fall, the TOArts Concert at the Lakes has you covered. Music enthusiasts can enjoy a live show from the safety and comfort of their cars as the artists perform directly in front of fans on a stage in the parking lot. Pricing per car starts at $30.
