The Great Race

The Great Race takes place in the beautiful foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains in Agoura Hills.  This is the 39th running of The Great Race and was voted #1 Running Event in L.A. and selected as a Top 10K in U.S. by Runner’s World.  You don’t want to miss the gorgeous scenery and experience the serenity at the most beautiful race courses in Southern California!

Chesebro Half Marathon Start time: 7:00am

Old Agoura 10K Start time: 7:28am

Triple Stack Challenge 10 Mile 10K Start time: 7:28am; 5K Start time: 9:05am; 1 Mile Start time: 10:15am

15K Combo 10K Start time: 7:28am; 5K Start time: 9:05am

Deena Kastor 5K Start time: 9:05am

1 Mile Start time: 10:15am

The Great Race will take place on Saturday, April 13, 2024

Locations:

All races finish in Chumash Park, Agoura Hills (map). Click here for directions and important parking information. Chumash Park is site of the finish, the race day Sports and Fitness Expo and Post-Race Party.

Two Different Start Locations:

1. Chesebro Half Marathon, 10K and 5K start on Carell Avenue (map). The start is at the top of the hill. Allow plenty of time to walk up the hill. The start is one-half mile from the registration tent and finish line at Chumash Park.
2. 1 Mile starts on Driver Ave. near the entrance to the Agoura High School gym parking lot.

Race day registration (as available) and race day pick up for all distances are at Chumash Park starting at 6:00am.
