Whether you’re trying to step up your social media game or you’re just a photography fan who enjoys taking pictures, Conejo Valley provides plenty of photo ops. Here’s a list of our favorite places to Instagram from:
Step outside the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum after your tour and snap a panoramic shot of the surrounding mountains, valleys and the Pacific Ocean. Capture the 11 ft. tall, 6,000+ lbs. piece of the Berlin Wall. Pose in a cute and quiet courtyard next to the fountain. There are so many winning angles here!
What’s more Insta-worthy than you in a graceful asana with a baby goat by your side? Make it possible at Lavenderwood Yoga!
If you’re looking to add historic vibes to your account, head to the Stagecoach Inn Museum.
Formerly a hotel built in the late 1800s, it is now an exhibit with fascinating antiques and replicas of the carriage house, a blacksmith shop and other historic buildings.
Come to the Gardens of the World in April for your own #superbloom picture full of roses or any time of the year for when you want to make it look like you’re in a different country (there are Japanese, French, English, Italian and other international-styled gardens featured here).
Insider Tip: You do need to request a permit a week in advance, but that just means that you’ll be getting unique content that hasn’t been on everyone’s Instagram already!
Need a prime spot for a sunrise/sunset shot? Head to Sandstone Peak, the highest point in the Santa Monica Mountains and be greeted with the panoramic ocean views.
Insider Tip: This is a moderate, three-mile upward climb, so make your #OOTD athleisure.
