Event Overview −

Enjoy a fun and safe morning of native plant restoration and installing plants into our native seed farm! Work will consist of planting thousands of live plants grown from locally sourced seed in rows, similar to agriculture, to produce large quantities of native seed to support large scale restoration projects.

The goal of this restoration project is to establish a native seed farm and return to collect the seed for restoration and conservation projects, particularly areas prone to disturbances such as wildfire and climate change. This activity is appropriate for ages 5 and up.
