Banana Festival Returns to the Port of Hueneme for Its 13th Year
Go bananas at the Port of Hueneme Banana Festival, returning September 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The free community celebration offers a full day of live music, food, shopping, family activities, and a behind-the-scenes look at one of Ventura County’s working ports.
Festivalgoers can take hourly land and sea port tours, enjoy live bands on the World Music Stage, and browse the All Ports Marketplace for handcrafted goods and unique finds. The Kids Zone features bounce houses, games, reptile exhibits, banana crafts, and more.
Of course, bananas take center stage with plenty of festival treats, including banana splits and shakes alongside a variety of other food options. Admission and event parking are free, making the festival an easy day out for the whole family.
