ABOUT LA PRINCIÈRE
La Princière’s bread is fermented slowly for long hours to develop flavor and gluten. Once baked, the gluten breaks down so it’s digested easily unlike breads made in the factory. La Princière only uses the highest quality flour, French butter, and filtered water, and all products are organic and selected from local farms. You will taste the difference immediately. No preservatives, no genetically modified ingredients.
