About Historia Bakery

Historia Bakery is run by chef Keven Lee (aka “Cheven”) and Robyn Lee. This brother-sister team was behind the wildly successful catering company, My World on a Plate, which counted celebrities and red-carpet bashes as their clients. They decided to share their delicious services in opening the Historia Bakery Cafe. Cheven’s creations are an eclectic version of a traditional American bakery combining classical French Mediterranean with strong Pacific Rim and Asian influences. On offer patrons will find croissants, muffins, danishes, scones, specialty pastries like tiramisu and eclairs, cookies, biscotti-like mandel bread, and a variety of delicious cakes, along with some light lunch fair, including salads and sandwiches.
