The clown with the golden voice comes to the intimate Scherr Forum on Friday, October 14, 2022, at 7:30 pm.

You Tube sensation, Puddles Pity Party, the music serenader known as the “Sad Clown with the Golden Voice,” has been described by the Atlanta Journal Constitution as “Pagliacci by way of Pee-Wee Herman and David Lynch.” His act is a mix of emotional anthems, tender moments, and plenty of humor. Concert goers are advised to bring their Kleenex!

The crooner clown persona of Atlanta’s Mike Geier has become a cult phenomenon. His show is a fresh neo-vaudeville mix of audience-engaging pantomime skits and renditions of popular songs. In 2014, Puddles partnered with Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox to record a version of Lordes’ hit “Royals.” The video went viral on YouTube, and Puddles Pity Party now has more than 790K YouTube subscribers and over 300 million views on YouTube. He was also a finalist on Season 12 of America’s Got Talent and on the 2020 season of AGT The Champions. He has appeared at festivals worldwide, including the Adelaide Fringe Festival, Perth Fringe World, and Just for Laughs Montreal.

In 2020, with touring cancelled, Puddles holed up in his studio and produced 12 episodes of his “Still Sequestered” show which featured a variety of special guests like Jack Black, Penn Jillette, Howie Mandel, Weird Al, and Michael Stipe. Puddles also developed a line of coffee. All that was tremendous fun, but he is beyond excited to get back on the road and bring his all new “Unsequestered Show” to his fans!

Single tickets are priced at $55 & $45 with festival seating. Tickets are available from Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000, online at www.ticketmaster.com, or through the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza Box Office, located at 2100 Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
