The Conejo Valley has it all like great hiking trails, horseback riding, beaches, wineries and beyond. You name it, the valley has it.


When it comes to arts and cultural activities, Conejo Valley has ample amounts of those, too. Read on to learn more about some of the activities you can do this summer.

LEARN FROM THE PAST

What do lipstick and stolen art have to do with World War II? History and non-history buffs alike will be intrigued by this and hundreds of other answers in this special exhibit. “Secrets of WWII” takes you past the who, what, when, where and why of the war. Explore controversies, exclusive artifacts, unsung heroes and too-shocking-to-be-true events. Go beyond the WWII history textbooks, plus view other interesting exhibits.

Comedy your jam? Nikki Glaser’s stand-up comes in November. Ballet more your cup of tea? Several performances are slated this summer, including Pacific Festival Ballet’s rendition of Charlotte’s Web. Take a break from today’s world with a blast from the past. The Stagecoach Inn Museum is THE place to learn Conejo Valley history and heritage. You’ll dive into all-things wild, wild west, with permanent exhibits, temporary features and special collections. Limited-time exhibits reveal everything from Western fashion to the wild personalities (ahem, elephants!) that roamed the Thousand Oaks streets.
